Shipping & Returns



Bullbird offers free 2-day shipping on all orders within the United States! For all other countries, we offer cost rate pricing on standard postal and express courier shipping. Users have the ability to determine their shipping method of choice at checkout. Standard shipping is with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and their affiliates. Express courier is via UPS. We provide tracking and insurance on all shipped orders.

Shipping times are based on averages and thus your order may fall outside these expected delivery estimates. Countries outside the US may experience longer delivery times. All orders ship from our global warehouse in Nevada USA. Please allow one additional business day for us to get your order ready to go. Keep in mind we only deliver on business days (aka weekdays that aren't federal holidays). During peak buying times and holidays, orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. 

Please note that paying for a faster shipping option does not mean our shipping team can expedite fulfillment of your order. Fulfillment times will vary based on the number of orders in our order queue. Please be aware of this when you are purchasing for an upcoming flight that is less than 5 business days away. 

Import duties or other local goods and services taxes may apply to orders outside the USA. Please check your local guides for reference as some countries may require payment of duties such as VAT in order to collect your order.

If you just received your BR2 Travel Pillow and tried it out on your first flight, but did not find it comfortable, then please note that our product has a break-in period.

It's important that you take the time to work up to using it for longer periods of time. Like new footbeds for your feet, a standing desk, or lifting weights for the first time in years, your body needs time to adjust to new equipment.

The same deal goes for the BR2 Travel Pillow.

Bullbird stands by the performance and workmanship of our equipment. If you are not happy within 30 days of receipt, we will refund or replace your purchase for a full refund minus return shipping charges.

Refunds will only be issued once the original product, order receipt, reason for return and accompanying accessories are received at our return warehouse. For any returns other than defects or workmanship issues, products must be returned in like-new condition. Please allow 7 days for funds to credit your payment account. If your returned product meets the above guidelines, then you will be refunded the full amount paid minus any return shipping charges. 

Please email info@bullbirdgear.com with your order number and reason for your refund. A return label will be sent to you.
