Do you do custom orders?

Yes we do. We offer everything from custom color-ways to screen printing across all our products. Please reach out to info@bullbirdgear.com with your project and we will get in touch. 

Can I wash my bullbird Protector+ Pillow?

Sure can. We recommend using a mild soap and damp cloth. We don't advise on completely submerging your product due to the memory foam. Make sure you completely dry the pillow before putting it away.

Why is there an odor to my Pillow?

We use our own proprietary blend of memory foam for production and then seal the product in our biodegradable bags for cleanliness. Therefore you may notice some smell when you open the sealed bag for the first time. Simply place in open air and the odor will dissipate over a day or so. 

Where you do design and manufacture your products?

Our engineering team are in Carlsbad California. We work with medical designers that design everything from prosthetics, defibrillators, and surgical equipment. They combine that expertise with chiropractors and physiotherapists to engineer all our products. We then manufacture in Asia. 

Do you offer a military discount?

We appreciate everyone that serves. Whether that be our country, community or others. Feel free to reach out to us at info@bullbirdgear.com for a custom discount code. 

Do you offer different sizing options?

Our products are a one-size fits all. We deliberately used scientific data to design our pillows to fit 90% of the adult population. So unless you are rather large or petite, then our product should work for you. 

Does the Posture+ Travel Pillow work for Kids?

Unfortunately we do not have a Child option at this stage. 

What does the Posture+ Travel Pillow come with?

Our pillows come with a complimentary soft touch carry bag and carabiner for easy stowage whilst traveling. The Washable Protector Covers are sold separately. 

Do I need the Protector Cover to use my pillow?

No you do not. The pillow is designed to be used with or without the Protector Cover. We recommend using a cover to protect your purchase and health.

Why does my discount code not work?

Discount codes cannot be used on top of existing discounts. If you are trying to purchase a full price item and your custom discount code does not work, please email us. 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship all over the world. Please use UPS or FedEx for your selected carrier. We do not recommend using USPS and local postal services as we cannot track or insure your order with them. 

Where is your warehouse located? 

Our warehouse is located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. 

Are your products patented?

Yes they are. We hold numerous US and many international patents for most of our goods.
